Zhanna Ozirna is a Ukrainian director and a screenwriter. She is an alumna of Berlinale Talents 2020. A participant of UA Film Academy and The Director's Guild of Ukraine. The development of her feature debut Ground Zero was supported by Ukrainian Cultural Foundation and the project has taken part in such screenwriting workshops as ScripTeast, Pustnik and co-production markets such as Cinemart and Marché du Film.
Her last short fiction The Adult was presented in the special program The State of a New Generation within Internationale Kurzfilmtage Winterthur. In 2017 she won the Oppose Othering grant program within goEast Film Festival (Wiesbaden, Germany) with her short doc Bond, which in 2018 got an award as Best Ukrainian film (86 IFF) and Jury Special Mention (Odesa IFF).
